Winter soft on CFMEU

It’s simply not good enough for Dean Winter to say Labor won’t accept any more donations from the corrupt CFMEU.

He must immediately instruct the party to return donations Labor has received from the Union.

This is tainted money.

Why did not Mr Winter immediately condemn the CFMEU’s threat to do a go slow on the stadium? 

Criminality and the CFMEU have been used in the same breath by everyone with any knowledge of the sector yet Mr Winter and Labor deliberately obfuscated to provide protection to this outlaw outfit. 

If Mr Winter is serious about distancing Labor from the Union he can’t squib it.
